We were asked multiple times when people can watch matches online. Well, we have something better, they will be on NBC Sports on July 14th and July 15th from 6:30-8:00 EST and July 21st and 22nd from 6:30-8:00. So set your DVR’s, watch them live, or wait another month after they air, and then you can catch them online.
In Quadrant 1 we talked about the Week 2 matches for the NPGL coming up. The format will be Kilimanjaro. We took elements previously raced in McKinley and tried to predict what will happen in the Week 2 matchups. On this episode we specifically talked about The DC matches which are The Baltimore Anthem vs The DC Brawlers, and The Boston Iron vs The New York Rhinos. Who do we predict to win and how do we feel the matches will script out? Check out our discussion in Quadrant 1.
Danny also does an impression of Klokov smack talking the GridCast. It’s uncanny how much he sounds like him.
In Quadrant 2 it’s all about TEAM GRIDCAST! We may seem like a couple of jackasses and we don’t smack talk too much, but to be honest, we play hard, but we work our asses off too. Our team is full of individuals who will EAT UP the GRID in Anaheim California. Our team is experienced, we have players who have played matches multiple times, and we intend to show everyone how serious we can be. So just standby Celtic…Fireballs is it? And the Texas Poodles, and Rhino Sleepers. I can’t remember their names, it doesn’t matter anyway, because TEAM GridCast will be casting a shadow over all of the competition in Anaheim!
Team GridCast is passionate about GRID and we are passionate about why we formed this team. We want to promote GRID, win every damn tournament we enter, and we want to raise money to kick Alzheimer’s in the face! To become a fan of Team GridCast go to www.thegridcast.com/vote and if you would like to donate to our charity please go to www.thegridcast.com/donate.
The GRID Invitational format is up on the GRID Invitational Facebook page and the weights are NO JOKE! They are not your local throw-down weights. They are top notch, difficult weights, just like the pros.
In Quadrant 3 we spoke to Will Hall of the San Francisco Fire in our growing home of Impavidus Gym. Will talked to us about his experience from the Southern Amateur Grid League that prepared him for the pros. He spoke about his personal history and what he’s doing with GridStyle and his weightlifting seminars happening around the country.
So sit back, remember to SUBSCRIBE to our YouTube page and iTunes feed. Until next time…. Clean up your jerks and snatches, drink your beer in batches, and always dominate your GRID matches.
