On this week’s GridCastU where athletes, coaches, and personalities from around the GRID help U become better at GRID we interview Mrs. 2 Time All GRID team member herself, Sarabeth Phillips of the New York Rhinos. Thankfully she wasn’t driving when we talked because she is on her way to Georgia for Heroes for Horton.
Yet another GRID stand out that was a former high level gymnast. Starting gymnastics when she was 5, Sarabeth quickly progressed to almost as high as you can get by age 12. Unfortunately, like a lot of athletes that focus all their time on one sport she got a little burnt out and switched her focus to other things. But as we can see on the GRID that she hasn’t lost any of the gymnastics abilities.
Aside from being an athlete she also has a deep relationship with her faith. To help spread that faith she has become a part of the Faith RX team that does seminars around the country. We think its that mixed with a little of that southern draw that makes her so easy to talk to. We hope you all enjoy our interview, and wish her the best of luck this weekend.
Until next time, clean up your jerks and snatches, drink your beer in batches, and always dominate your GRID matches.
