In Episode 11 we are at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio. Over 200,000 sports fans attend this event each year and we talked to Mark Cannella of Columbus Weightlifting, who is directs the  Arnold  Weightlifting Championships. In Quadrant 1 we focus on the list of NPGL athletes that are dominating the leader board of the CrossFit Games Open.  We also had a chance to talk to Olympian Weightlifter Holley Mangold in Quadrant 3, just before she competed.
