What a jam packed show today! First we broke down how the NPGL athletes did at the kick-off of the Reebok CrossFit Games Regional competitions in the Atlantic and Southern regions. We brought athletes like Chad “The Hugger” Augustine, where we talked to him HERE. We also mentioned the multisport and talented Nicole Capurso, you can see her HERE.
