In GridCast Episode 18 we talk about Kids GRID using GridLeague.com as a framework to design fun races for kids of all ages. Actually, at CrossFit Impavidus we attempted our first “go” at Kids GRID and it was awesome! We also discuss the emergence of young athletes hitting the GRID scene all because of functional fitness emerging a decade ago into popularity around the world. In Quadrant 2 we speak to our good friend, Alan Fitzpatrick from the good ol’country of Ireland! Good God we need to go there! He’s got some really exciting stuff coming out from across the pond. Not only has he successfully introduced this awesome sport of GRID to Ireland, but he’s creating a freaking Amateur League as we speak! What?!
