We had some very special guests stop by the show while we were at the NPGL LA Pro Day. Mike Bledsoe and Doug Larson from Barbell Shrugged (the #1 rated podcast in fitness & nutrition) were kind enough to give us some cool insight into their show in Quadrant 1, and in Quadrant 2 they talk about the differences in training for the sport of CrossFit vs. the sport of Grid. In Quadrant 3 Nick Uranker of the Miami Surge is our special guest and an all around great guy and awesome athlete.
